Hastings & Alder customers buy from Paw and Pause. You’ll see Paw and Pause at Shopify checkout and on your order confirmation. Use your order number when contacting us.

Where we deliver

Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. The delivery charge appears before payment. Supplier-dispatched fashion typically takes 6–12 business days after dispatch. Processing and delivery vary by item; allow additional time during busy periods.

United States delivery

Selected styles are available to the contiguous United States in US dollars. Allow an estimated 10–20 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses are excluded. International parcels may incur import duties, taxes or carrier handling charges payable by the recipient; these are not included unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Contact us before ordering if you need a landed-cost quote. Items may arrive separately.

Returns & refunds

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to cancel an online order, then return it within a further 14 days. You cover return postage if you change your mind. We also accept unused items received within 28 days in their original packaging. For a fault, damage or a wrong item, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Ask for the correct return address before posting anything.
