Following your parcel

Confirmed

Your confirmation email lists the items you ordered. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation when dispatch is recorded.

Dispatched

Follow the carrier link in your shipping confirmation when one is available. A new label may appear before the carrier scans the parcel.

Arriving separately

Check which items appear in each shipping confirmation. Each parcel may have its own tracking link.

Marked as delivered

Check the carrier’s delivery notes and photo, if available. Contact customer care with your order number if you still cannot locate the parcel.
